Customer information

Privacy notice

Effective 2026-10-06. EverTECH Integrated Solutions and Logistics Limited is responsible for the customer information collected through this instalment sales service. This notice covers applications, guarantor and vehicle details, agreements, payments, support and the customer account link.

Information we collect

We collect contact and address details, identification details and documents, occupation or business information, vehicle ownership and inspection details, guarantor information, proposed purchase and affordability information, agreement and payment records, and communications needed to administer the sale. Staff access and changes to records are logged. Do not send a bank PIN, card PIN or password to us.

Online applications and private access

The online form initially collects contact, purchase, occupation and vehicle details plus your preferred payment plan. It records the versions of the privacy notice and application terms you acknowledged and the submission time. We do not request identity documents or guarantor details on the initial form. Keep your application reference and access code private: anyone holding both can view the application, reply to staff or withdraw it. The code expires after 180 days; signed-in sessions expire after two hours. Sign out on shared devices. Rate limiting uses short-lived, hashed network identifiers to reduce abuse. Your application messages are visible to authorised review staff. Contact us if you lose your code or need access revoked; we must verify your identity before discussing your record.

Receipt delivery you request

If you choose an available email, SMS or WhatsApp option, we send your reference, private access code and tracking link to the contact details on your application. Email is processed by Resend; SMS and WhatsApp are processed by Twilio, and WhatsApp messages also pass through WhatsApp/Meta. These providers process your contact details and message content to deliver the receipt. We record your delivery choice, consent time, attempts and sending status. This choice is for your receipt only, not marketing. Only select contact details that you own and can access. A sending confirmation does not guarantee arrival; keep a downloaded copy too. Our application database stores a hash of your access code, not a recoverable copy of the code.

Why we use it

We use information to review an application, verify identity and ownership, assess affordability and guarantors, prepare and perform a proposed or signed agreement, install or deliver goods, collect payments, handle disputes, prevent fraud and meet legal recordkeeping duties. We may contact the applicant or the named guarantor to verify details. Enrolment does not guarantee approval. We do not use the application details for unrelated marketing without a separate choice.

Who receives it

Access is limited to staff whose work requires it. Hosting, authentication, database and storage providers process information for us. A relevant installation partner, payment provider, professional adviser, regulator or lawful authority may receive the minimum information needed for the transaction or a legal obligation. Ask us for details of a particular recipient or transfer.

Storage and retention

Records are held in access controlled systems. We retain application and transaction records while needed for the proposed or active transaction, complaints, legal duties and claims; after that, we delete or deidentify them where practicable. Archiving a customer record does not immediately erase financial records. We review access and retention requests case by case. A private customer account link can be revoked and expires automatically; anyone holding the link may view that account until it is revoked or expires, so keep it private.

Your choices and rights

You may ask for access, correction, deletion where applicable, restriction or objection, and information about how your data is used. Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw it, without affecting earlier lawful processing. Some records must be kept to perform an agreement or meet legal duties. You can complain to the Nigeria Data Protection Commission if your concern is unresolved.
